Freaked

Yeah this afternoon my boss said, not to ME, but to the sewer guy standing NEXT TO ME, that she would be interviewing a woman “her age” to work “Sarah’s position” on Saturdays (which generally is a 3 – 4 hour shift, maybe one guy works if lucky and maybe 10 phone calls).

Yeah. I’m panicked.

So instead of giving me a raise they would rather hire someone else.

I’ve worked here a year and a half, 6 of those months WORKING all the Saturday shifts.

I don’t know if I should worry or not but right now… fear and panick.

Yesterday afternoon my sister dropped off her car for me to use, so after work I went home to grab my son and tripod and treked over to the forest preserve. No sooner than did my single foot touch the ground did an officer drive through the parking area, lights blazing, and saying over the loud speaker, “The forest preserve is now closed!” so then we went to a library, where I checked out 17 books heh, and I drove around getting lost a lot. We rented some movies, Shrek for him and Wedding Crashers for me. For dinner we had fast food since I didn’t get us home until 8pm.

I most likely can use my sister’s car tomorrow, which depending on the weather forecast, I might do so I can go back to that forest preserve.

Domain Goodness

I finally decided to shell out money I don’t have heh to purchase a reseller with a different company for Breathe Autumn (well, it’s a pretty name and the one the reseller is under),  Visionary Muse (my photolog), Ethereal Mood (my sister’s site), Bell Within (gina), Almost Serendipity (nikki), First Whisper (angel), VVClan (david), Knitty Pretty (a domain I bought someone and they never paid me back or accessed it or anything so I still own it).

See I currently have all of them on a free reseller for all the work I did for a hosting company but the server is going downhill and the service is going downhill and I feel so bad about it. I know Nikki offered to pay a few bucks towards the reseller each month which is awesome. I did the math and it would only be three dollars per person, per month.

So hopefully I can get everyone moved over this week.

Better Get It Right

New Year

Happy New Year! Here’s hoping 2006 is better than 2005!

Here are my goals:

• Lose more weight, I’ve lost a bit over 20lbs in the past 2 months so far
• Get a car
• Get a Nikon D50 camera
• Work on my photography
• Take Daniel to more fun places whenever I have a vehicle to use
• Learn to manage my money
• Learn how to properly grocery shop
• Try to keep the bedroom more clutter-free

I might add more to this list heh.
