Steak again with that lovely eggplant tomato cheese mixture and sourdough garlic cheese bread. No recipe since I just threw it all together.

OMG your meat is still pink! EW! You eat like the boys in my household do. lol.
Do you have a recipe/food blog? You should. You make the most DELICIOUS LOOKING FOOD! You make me so jealous since neither me nor my husband are very good cooks and we have the same 6 or 7 dishes week in and week out.
Having not had dinner yet – that looks pretty good. I appreciate a good steak and that looks nice!
