What is your favorite healthy recipe? It could be for breakfast, lunch, snacks, or dinner. Please share!
This is a recipe I make for a quick and nutrious breakfast.I call it curried rice.
1 cup rice (I prefer brown)
2 tsp curry seasoning
a small handful of raisins
a small handful of pecans (my preferance)
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 tsp butter
Put rice, curry, raisins, pecans, and butter in microwave safe bowl heat for 30 seconds — 1 minute add soy milk and enjoy!!! My daughter Aimee loves this!!!! P.S. I am a kitchenwitch this is appropiate for midsummer it is also good for wealth blessings.
