I like Ipsy because they give more makeup products over skincare, rarely give perfume samples, and you tend to always get very large samples and full sized products each month.

Whenever I see the shiny hot pink padded mailer in my mail box, I get so excited!

I also love that not only do you get the 5 deluxe samples and full size products each month, but you get a custom makeup bag as well.

Ipsy Bag June 2015

What I got for my June 2015 Ipsy Bag

  • AURORA Gel Effect Nail Polish
  • Smashbox Cosmetics Photo Finish Foundation Primer
  • ALTCHEK MD Eye Gel Pads
  • tre’StiQue Mini Shadow Crayon

Ipsy Bag June 2015

I’ve used the Smashbox primer for well over a year now so I was happy to get a familiar product. The IT Cosmetics eyebrow pencil? LOVE! It even has a spoolie on the end!

The nail polish is ok… it’s not a color I personally go for though.

I like the eyeshadow crayon, especially for summer. I really have been into eyeshadow crayons and cream eyeshadows lately.

The eye pads I haven’t tried yet since I don’t like that type of product in general so I’m going to give those to a friend.

Price: $10 each month

Your bag was pretty similar to what I got (I just re-upped after taking a few years off from subscription bags). Didn’t love the bag this time, but pretty pleased with the contents. Not bad!

I took about a year off too and just recently decided to try Ipsy and Birchbox again, see if they’ve improved for me.

I didn’t like the bag, although the fabric was weirdly fun and squishy. My FAVORITE BAG EVER from them was the navy bag with the starry fabric on the inside.
