It really is delicious. As for the beans, black beans are VERY tasty. For years I was “scared” to try beans, onions, bell pepper… why? Because I was raised in the typical family that only fed me “kid” food so I was scared to try new things.

I make sure Danny eats EVERYTHING I make for dinner and so far he hasn’t refused a thing. He loves fresh, homemade, HEALTHY meals!

Yum! I’m not much for beans, but it does sound delicious in combination of the other ingredients.
