Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, slightly mashed
2 large eggs
1 stick of cold unsalted butter, diced (1/2 C)
1/4 C brown sugar, packed
1 TSP ground cinnamon
1 TBSP baking powder
2 C all purpose unbleached flour
3/4 C whole wheat flour
1 TSP pure vanilla extract
pinch of kosher salt
