Stuffed pork chops and green bean casserole.  Oh, and chocolate chip banana bread for dessert.

All I had for dinner was hotdogs and fries. No one felt much like cooking anything

This is a few days late but I am making Tandoori Fish Kebabs with scallops, red bell pepper, and onion from Reader’s Digest’s Live Longer Cookbook. I still haven’t figured out what side I will make…may not make any. And last night Taylor and I made Chile Rellenos. I have really been going crazy with the cooking lately but it is soo much fun! :P
