Yeah, because screaming helps
Since the moment I got into work, Joe (the owner), has been SCREAMING over the radios about who is here and where are they blah blah. So I am trying to get ahold of everyone, most of the radio’s are off. Jason (plumber) actually goes to one guy’s apartment and he straight out said he wasn’t coming into work. So Joe of course starts screaming how well fine then the guys that do show up are going to have to hand dig 7ft. Just ugh it is SO disorganized here, the guys they hire have zero work ethic and instead of having employee incentives they just yell and threatened.
Also, yes, I am still pissy that I’ve worked here for over a year, (PLUS I’ve worked EVERY OTHER SATURDAY for over SIX MONTHS), yet NO raise.
