Let’s see.
One person called screaming and bitching me out for me to realise they called the wrong company and to direct them to the different company.
One customer had an early morning appointment but it snowed and is currently snowing and we have two customers without service so they are priority. He has spent the last 10 minutes bitching me out and making snide remarks. Right now he is faxing his invoice “post haste” and is going to call me back to bitch me out some more.
I want to cry.
