31 days to a better blog at onestarrynight

At the persistence of my lovely friend Lynda, I’ve finally decided to go ahead and jump into the SITSgirls 31 Days to Build a Better Blog Challenge.

Since I’m broke, I didn’t purchase the e-book that is recommended however the steps are outlined at ProBlogger so I’m fairly confident that I will be able to follow along!

To Catch Up:

Hopefully y’all will appreciate the more frequent posts here and OSN and maybe learn something along the way!

This post is over a year old which means the content may be outdated or no longer accurate.

I’m doing it too. And I didn’t buy the book either.

I like that too. Buttons aren’t toys is great!

hehehe I don’t know if anyone has caught on yet, but randomly I used quotes from an awesome movie/book.

The quote in your sidebar footer was one of the first things i noticed on your site <3 <3

I'm looking forward to following you this month. It's always interesting to see what you come up with. I love how you seem to think in very creative and visual lines. Good luck!

I’m so glad you joined, Sarah! There are a lot of talented women participating and if you’re helpeful (which i know you are) it results in lots more readers, comments and followers. It’s very enjoyable so far!

Let me know if you need any help getting started. All the official threads for the day’s task are featured and appear on the front page.

I’m so glad you’ve joined in the challenge! I’m not using the book either – I like to DIY everything I guess, plus I’m cheap and didn’t want to spend the money on info. I could probably get for free if I only looked hard enough…LOL.

It looks like you’ve made some changes to your site? Looks good. When my blog grows up, I want it to be like yours!

Peace. ;)

Aww thank you! Yep I changed the layout a bit, I get frustrated easily with my own designs LOL.

Jessica

I just joined into, too! Like you, I didn’t purchase the book. Glad to know I am not the only one.

I found your blog through Veronica’s (a.k.a CrunchyVTMommy) link post. I look forward to reading more and getting to know you better over the course of the 31DBBB challenge. Best of luck!
