I am trying to do this, and I am doing fine cept I am still drinking milk and I had some carrots yesterday. I tried to not have milk, but going from mostly milk to only water, since I rarely drink enough water, was causing intense dehydration. So I will just try to have a glass of water for every glass of milk… fun times.

Girl, add some flavor to that water. Crystal Light is good, and kroger has a generic brand of it. Try juice or something instead of water. Or you could just squeeze a lemon into the water.
yes, be careful! If you increase the protein in your diet increasing water (fluids in general) is essential to keep your kidneys flushed.
