Ok this is what I have at home for groceries, I need ideas on what to buy to supplement and create meals.
- Chicken Breasts
- Parmesan Cheese
- Romano Cheese
- Sweet Potatoes

How about bread? Or any kind of pasta? You need about 6-11 servings of pasta a day =)
Rice – long grain brown/basmati and risotto
Tinned Tomatos are a good staple for the cupboard
Carrots – for the beta-caroten
Spinach or Green Savoy Cabbage for the Iron content
Brocolli – see above
I’ll mail you a couple of recipes for the veggies :) And hopefully I’ll get the Chili Cheese Muffins sorted this weekend! ;)
Tofu and tempeh are healthy! Vegweb.com has some awesome recipes!
