Rice – long grain brown/basmati and risotto
Tinned Tomatos are a good staple for the cupboard
Carrots – for the beta-caroten
Spinach or Green Savoy Cabbage for the Iron content
Brocolli – see above
Cauliflower

I’ll mail you a couple of recipes for the veggies :) And hopefully I’ll get the Chili Cheese Muffins sorted this weekend! ;)
