I thought it would be nice to share some past photographs of mine to showcase all the lovely spring flowers that should bloom shortly!

Just gorgeous! Now you are making me REALLY anxious for spring! (For what it’s worth, the “hibernating animal” in me thinks that spring is really, truly just around the corner in the Midwest.)

Thank you so much! Oh I feel the same way, I feel like it’s possible to wake up next week and have it be SPRING! Granted we all know it will happen but it really feels like ANY DAY NOW!

Okay, I was going to go on an on about the pictures, but I think I like your new comments format even better! That is SOOOO cool! LURVE.

Spring is my absolute favorite season, and it looks like we may actually get to enjoy a nice one here in Upstate New York. Unlike most years, our snow is already almost gone. Although it isn’t as nice as flowering trees, it feels good just to be able to see the grass on my lawn at this time of year.

Great photos!

Spring and Autumn are my favorites, I would love to find a place where I can buy some flowering branches to bring indoors, I think it would be so lovely!

I so hear you on the craving Spring thing. I can’t wait. I’m so sick of the cold and the snow. It’s so depressing.

What are those pinkish flowers called? They’re beautiful!

Which ones? There’s lilacs and apple blossoms.

Oh Sarah! This is such a wonderful idea! I can’t wait for the lilacs, crocuses, squill… Hell, I’d even take a god awful daffodil right now!
Oh you’ve made me literally ITCHY for spring! LOVE the snow drops. So beautiful. You truly are my favourite nature photographer! …Pardon my Canadian spelling ;)

Thank you! I feel like Spring is just around the corner, it’s supposed to be mid-upper 40’s all week!

Caity

Oh my goodness I absolutely LOVE these photos. They are absolutely GORGEOUS. So, where is Spring? ;)

Reply to Caity

Thank you Caity! Technically Spring begins on the 20th or 21st this year, but still it can “feel” or “act” like Winter far beyond that sadly lol.

Beautiful! I can almost smell them,

Thank you so much Robin!

Absolutely adore the first and last ones <3 Amazing! (P.S. love the change on comment formating too )

Thank you!! Omgosh it took me FOREVER to get the threaded comments to work the way I wanted lol

I’ve been meaning to comment on this post. As always, the photos are STUNNING! Do you ever take a bad photo? lol

Kristi, Live and Love…Out Loud

Aww thank you! LOL I take a ton of crappy photos! Sometimes I shoot like 50 photos and only get 1-5 decent ones!

Angel

I love these. What lens did you use for these shots? They are absolutely breathtaking!

Reply to Angel

I mainly used the 50mm f/1.8 for those I believe. Thank you so much!
