Keeping Track

I hate being so damn overweight. I know my body is capable of losing the weight. I need to start keeping track of everything I put into my body. I need to portion control. Starting tomorrow or Sunday (I might just sleep a lot of tomorrow or clean heh) I will blog whenever I have eaten something, if you don’t want to see these wee posts let me know and I will move this to a different status section for a different member group!
