Sigh

November 16th 2007 / 1 minute to read

I don’t even know what to say lately. I just renewed OSN but I’m still at a loss for words.

I can’t seem to climb out of this depression.

I really hope you can feel better soon :D Just remember those things you love and the happiness they bring you- if that makes any sense? If you force yourself to do those things, maybe you can re-discover happiness. Or maybe you need something else?

I wish I could help in someway, but I can’t so I hope you get over it soon *smile*

Try to do something. Sports, play with children, read a good book or just visit a caf

It’ll come—Sometimes you just need a break. Take it easy on yourself.

Hi Sarah, Dj here. I read your blog :-)

I’m sorry to hear that you are having a rough time.  If you wish, you are very welcome to join us at our Spiral Steps On-line group. This is a non-cross talk meeting and all are welcome.  You can check it out here:

Also, have you checked into seasonal affect disorder? It may be the changing of the light.  Finally, L-tryptophan (an amino acid found in whole food stores) can help with depression.  It helps to build seretonin.

Of course, sometimes, we’re just sad.  Hang in there.

All good things,

dj

P.S.  I love your photos.

I’m sorry. I hope you feel better soon.

If it’s any consolation, I think this website and your photography are wonderful.

Sorry I’m a little late on the commenting here.  Maybe you don’t have to say anything.  Your photography is fantastic and sometimes what they say about pictures is true.  Whatever you choose, I do hope things get better if they haven’t already!

Regards,
Chris
