Hurry! I am going in an hour to work out with my sister, just walking on a treadmill since well anything other than that I will probably kneel over and die, so what are good songs to keep me pumped up??

Hmm… workout music… Eighties pop rock really helps me.  Anything with a definite beat works always.  Have fun!

Believe it or not, techno or dance music really works for me lol.
