About an hour ago an elderly woman called and made an appointment for a sink clog. Just about 5 minutes ago a much younger voice, perhaps her daughter? Called wanting to cancel the appointment, here is our story.
Me: Village Sewer and Plumbing!
Scary Lady: I need to cancel an appointment…
Me: Sure! What was the address?
Scary Lady: It was blah blah blah
Me: And the reason for cancellation?
Scary Lady: Because I hate your company, I hate you all, I hate your work, and you raped us on our last job.
Me: Ok! I will mark that down on the ticket! Bye!
